We are here to take some of that weight off your shoulders! I started my career in hair with Gene Juarez Salons in 2002, and left the Northgate location to open Venia Beauty in 2008. Ever since, we have been packing our bags and travelling to beautify brides all across the state. My passion has always been styling for weddings and special events. I have a drive to stay current in fashion as well as perfecting the classics. Whatever the style or look you’re wishing to achieve for your event, I will help get you there.

 

Alysha Abrams, Lead Makeup Artist

My dream when I was a child was to be a Makeup Artist. It’s a pretty amazing feeling when you grow up and get a chance to fulfill those childhood dreams.

I trained at the Gene Juarez Advance Training Salon in downtown Seattle and graduated the makeup program as a certified artist in May 2003. I worked in the salon for a total of about 3 years and then left Gene Juarez to work as an On-Site Artist in the Greater Seattle Area. Although trained in Photography and High Fashion makeup, I now specialize in Bridal and Special Occasion makeup services.

It’s very rewarding to be part of such a personal, life changing experience for a woman and I feel honored for every chance that I am given to be part of such a beautiful experience. My goal is to help each woman that I service relax and enjoy her day by taking some of the work away from her and giving her a chance to feel pampered and rejuvenated.
